The Ohio Bleeding Disorders Council (OBDC) is a statewide advocacy coalition dedicated to continually advancing the health and well-being of the thousands of Ohioans who suffer from bleeding disorders such as hemophilia. The OBDC is made up of consumers, five local chapters of the National Hemophilia Foundation and eight regional hemophilia treatment centers.
